We only display a score once enough reviews have accumulated — no 5-star phantoms from a single rating.
Studios cannot buy a better ranking. Premium tiers only give operators extended tools (analytics, photo upload, review responses) — no preferential treatment in the score.
Every review shows whether the reviewer was a member, drop-in guest, or trial visitor. We label the data source on each studio entry.
