The GymScore is a weighted average across 5 categories (1–5 stars each). It gives you a quick overview of a gym's quality.

No, reviews cannot be deleted. However, as an operator you can publicly respond to reviews and share your perspective.
Claiming and managing your profile is free. For advanced features like analytics and a featured badge, Premium plans start at CHF 79/mo.
Website links are only visible on claimed profiles. Once you claim your gym for free, the link appears on your profile and visitors can click directly to your website.
