Since March 2023, I have been teaching yoga in Balsthal. Teaching and interacting with people brings me great joy. Each yoga session creates an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, allowing us to focus on ourselves and leave everyday stress behind. I share my passion for yoga to help others find their own inner peace and balance.
